    i did a transaction of 12000 XRP yesterday and then i did 17000 XRP today, converting BTC to my Ripple wallet on gatehub. The order prepossessed and said it was complete and that it sent only i never received it on gatehub in my wallet. That is about 160USD that im missing today and need to have back in my account. I contacted both you and gatehub on the issue. i recorded the transactions and took screen shots. All my information was right on. The human error was not my fault. I dont know the reason for this anomaly? Im hoping you could get my XRP in my account tomorrow if the problem was with your system? Im also contacting gatehub and Ripple. Please help me. Thank you

    yesterday night i did my transaction to try weather its genuinely working or not..

    i convert my btc to dogecoin..

    upto now no dogecoin credited in my wallet..

    and whatever proof u people are sending me

    on that my address clearly mention not redeemed..

    bitcoins were already sent to your account

    order id is there

    and u people are sending me multiple traction which is not belongs to me..

    and the address which is mine still no coin redeemed pls see my address

    Hi, there. Have you submitted a support ticket about this issue? I can already tell from the screen shot you provided that the reason you have not received your funds is that you deposited an amount under out deposit minimum so your order did fail. You will need to submit a support ticket to our team with a return address so they can return your 12 doge to you:

    This service is not safe at all, just try to converted my 24mil dogecoin but end up failed but my coin has been eaten up. now i lost USD6K, and no replied from them also.

    Hi, Eric. We do not have 24 hour service and it appears you have submitted this comment while our customer support line is closed. We have just re-opened and would be happy to help you with your issue. What is your ticket number? 

    From what you have said above, the amount of Doge you sent, it looks like you probably sent over the deposit maximum we said you could send so your order failed. We will return your funds if your order did fail.

    I needed your ticket number to expedite this, which is why I had asked for it above. My customer support representative just informed me that he has not gotten to your ticket and will be responding shortly. It did fail because you sent an amount over the limit. He is sending you a screen shot with the response so you can see where we display this information before you do your orders.

    Hi I make a change from BTC to ETH this past week I have the printscreens of all the process.
    The withdrawall is done in my BTC wallet , since May 17. and after 5 days it is not fund in my ETH wallet. Please let me know how can I proceed to refund? or finish the transaction... at least know where are the tokens?
