If you are receiving an error when you try to set up your order, there are two reasons this may be occurring. You may be missing a destination tag or you may need to change your address.
We do not currently support BCH q-addresses.
If you do not have a compatible address, you can use conversion tools that will make your address compatible with ShapeShift.
