When you make a ShapeShift exchange, you will be asked for your "destination address", or your wallet address for the digital asset that you want to receive. When you reach the status page, you will see that this is written as your "withdrawal address".
Please note that that is the address where you will receive your coins. It is synonymous with your "destination address".
