If your exchange has been successful but the digital assets are not yet in your wallet, there are a few things you can do.
- Rescan the blockchain. Some wallets may display this act as "updating" your accounts. When you do this, it will rescan the blockchain to find any successful transactions to your wallet.
- Reset your cache. Some wallets have this feature, most notably Jaxx. This can help assure that your account information is kept up-to-date.
- Reach out to your wallet provider. If the above suggestions do not work, reach out to your wallet provider. Providing the transaction link on the block explorer may help them know which transaction you are talking about. They will then be able to further assist.
