Exchanges can occasionally fail for a number of reasons. When this happens, our system will usually auto-return the incoming coin.
When a coin is auto-returned, your status page may look like this (via mobile). You will see a similar screen in your web browser:
"Resolved" with a checkmark means that we sent your incoming coin back to your refund address due to an exchange error.
A successful exchange, on the other hand, will say "All Done!" with a checkmark.
