In order to complete a trade with ShapeShift, you will need to verify your account by completing basic KYC. Verification takes less than three minutes and requires your name, birthdate, address, a government-issued ID, and the last four of your social (U.S residents only).
When Can I Get My Reward?
Log in or create a verified ShapeShift account, connect your KeepKey or Trezor hardware wallet and complete a trade on the platform between September 4 - 18th. If so, we will send you a deposit confirmation within seven days. If it has been longer than seven days, please contact our Support Team.

Why Haven’t I Received My $10 in BTC?
Bitcoin rewards will be batched and sent on a weekly basis. Because of this, rewards can take up to twenty-one days to receive after you qualify. You will receive an email when your funds have been sent. If it has been more than twenty-one days since you qualified, please contact us here.
I Have a KeepKey and a Trezor. Can I Qualify Twice?
No, you can only qualify once per account. Duplicate accounts of the same person and/or device are not eligible.
