If your address is disappearing when you're signing up, there are a few steps you can try.
- Disable autofill. Autofill may be causing this issue. Disable it and try again. To learn how to disable autofill, click here.
- Swap uncommon Latin characters for the common English equivalent. Uncommon Latin characters may be common in your language, but our system may not accept them. For example, swap "é" for "e" or "ß" for "ss" and our system will accept the characters.
- Clear your cache and try again. Only try this after disabling autofill and swapping the uncommon characters.
