Are you trying to connect your Ledger but getting a "Ledger Is Busy" message?
1. Make sure Ledger Live is not open.
2. Make sure the ShapeShift platform is not open in another tab/window.
3. Unplug the device and refresh the page.
4. Restart your computer
5. If you are using Brave browser with Mac High Sierra you will need to either upgrade your OS to Catalina or switch to Google Chrome.
