All ERC-20 tokens are built on the Ethereum blockchain, so they all have the same ETH-style addresses and can receive any ETH token successfully. Due to the nature of Jaxx’s wallet structure, for each token your Jaxx wallet holds, a specific set of HD wallets is created to only recognize the given token. For example, you can send GNT to a REP address and your JAXX wallet will only detect the REP even though the GNT is also there.
In order to access the funds you have sent to your ERC-20 token wallet, you will need to export the private keys of the wallet holding the funds and import it to a wallet like MyEtherWallet.com.
MyEtherWallet.com is a wallet provider that allows you to access all of your ERC-20 tokens from one ETH address.
To export your private keys from your JAXX wallet, follow these steps.
Step One: Click on the MENU button of your JAXX wallet > Click Tools > Click Display Private Keys. You can cross-reference your addresses with the blockchain transaction to identify which address you will need to import to myEtherWallet.
Step Two: Once you are in MyEtherWallet, click the "Mnemonic Phrase" link under the "Jaxx/Metamask?" Getting Started link.
Step Three: Select ‘Private key’ and enter the private key to the address you got from your Jaxx wallet.
Once you have done all the above, you will see and have access to a list of every ERC-20 token that has been deposited to that address.
