Options For Connecting Your Mobile Wallet
If you were already logged in on the ShapeShift Mobile App, your wallet will be imported automatically to our new app. If you were not logged in, you can click the "Log In" option and use your email/password to log in and access your wallet. Additionally, you can manually import the wallet by using your 12 word recovery phrase.
Connecting Your Wallet
No matter which scenario above applies to you, start by opening the ShapeShift Mobile App and clicking "Connect Wallet".
If You Were Previously Logged In
1. Click "ShapeShift Mobile". Note: If you don't have a wallet, click "Create one".
2. Click "Saved wallets".
3. You will see your previously created mobile wallet here. Select it to connect.
Logging In With Email/Password
Follow step 1 from above and then click "Log In". Enter your email and password to get your wallet connected.
Importing Your Wallet Using Your Recovery Phrase
Follow step 1 from above and then click "Import a wallet". Enter your recovery sentence in the field provided (leave a space between each word). After entering the recovery phrase, click "Next". Your wallet will now be connected. If you disconnect the wallet, you can find it again easily in the "Saved wallets" section.
